I am very impatient in my exile, my dear Billy, & wish for a Line from you to know how matters stand. I can hardly suppose, I shall at last experience a Refusal yet I confess these Delays alarm me, the Council was to have been on Friday it is now monday, & I hear nothing If I do not have something satisfactory tomorrow, I shall be very uneasy
