John Donaldson and John West of the City of Philadelphia Merchants, severally make oath and say that William Abicks of the City of Philadelphia aforesaid, Merchant Dealer and Chapman, is Indebted to their deponents and to Francis West this deponent John Wests, Partners in Trade in the Sum of Three Hundred Pounds and upwards and that the said William Abicks is become Bankcrupt within the meaning of the Acts of Assembly of this Commonwealth, lately made and provided, and now in Force concerning Bankrupts; as these deponents are informed and verily believe.
