I received your Favour of May 23. I am very sensible of the Honour done me by your Philosophical Society, and beg they would accept my thankful Acknowledgments. The little Tract you mention as sent with the Diploma, is not come to hand, nor the Diploma. I am on the Point of Returning to America, and in all the Hurry of Packing up have only time to add that I am ever with sincere Esteem, Dear Sir, Your most obedient and most humble Servant
