I sent you my dear Friend several Bills last post to be returned to me accepted. I beg leave to add eleven others amounting to 1620. which I beg you will return me with the others.—

I wish to know how the remainder of the Clothing is to be shipped. I hear a great part of what I sent to Brest has been left by the Fleet. —I am yrs affecy
