Mr. Hartley presents his Compliments to Mr. Franklin, and will be much obliged to him if he will give him a letter to Monsr. Charles or Monsr. Robert at St. Cloud, as he proposes going Rather with Lady Chesterfield and some other Ladies tomorrow. He also requests Mr. Franklin to lend him some Pamphlet upon the Arcostatic Globe, in order that he may appear to talk a little knowingly upon the subject—
