The present Surcomstance of this Place Stopes the muth of Every one that is a freind to government know one Date to Say one word in behalf of goverment or mutch more to Inform goverment as he wold amedely fall a Sacarifice to Lawes and arbartary power for this resson thare is maney good Sitezen in this place that Dare not apeare in the behelf of goverment, but are obliged to be Silent and mute. The     oblation that Every Good Sitezen is under by his oth of alegen to this Commonwalth must or outgh to ablige him to Inform goverment of all and Every aperent Danger. The True State of aferer her at Wyomin is in fact a total Rebellion of Goverment and are al this time forming an modeling a new form of Goverment amoung them Salves and do act and in Every Respect Independant of this    other State formed   for the Adminstration of Sivel Case and     of Dispute and all Land Cases Confissacation of Land and      to       Last mondayfornat a go the Inhabatanc were Called to gather and at that meting as a body Voted and ingaged to thow of all alience on this State and to    a form of Goverment for themselves this meeting has ben hild 3 tims since by agornment. There is A Considerbal Number of our Inhabetance that have Not      with them at this meting but thay Do not opose them and I belive Dare not Inform Goverment. Thay are very Bise in Deviding the Country to thare New Levey or half Shear men as thay Call them how are to hold arms 3 year aganst Pencilvinia for witch Reson thay be Com entiteled to the Devedent part of the Country; Gentelmen I have put mh Life in my hand andVenter the Concequenc that I am Exposed to be informing Goverment if Goverment will Inquire of thos Pasons that are    it will be informed of the Truth of wot I have wrote. Gentelmen I am your most Obedent and humble Sarvent.
