W. Hayes to William Temple Franklin (unpublished)
Hotel de Seymour rue de la planche F. S. G a paris July 22. 1784
Sir

I flatter myself you will excuse the liberty I have taken in solliciting you again on the same subject, but not receiving any Answer to my Letter which you was so obliging as to promise to convey to No. Carolina adress’d to Mr. Hooper inclosing one to Mr. Huske, in the month of December last, and fearing the answer to mine may by some means or other—have Miscarried, wish if not too much—intruding on your goodness that you will be so kind as to forward the inclos’d when an opportunity offers, which will much oblige Sir Your most. Hle. & obt. Sert.

W. Hayes
