German jurist and editor.

Admitted to the bar (1769). Served as a magistrate in Isenburg, Dierdorf, and Dillenburg. Edited the well-known journal Dillenburgischen Intelligenznachrichten (1772-1809), later the Intelligenznachrichten für das Siegdepartment (1810-13). Councillor (1800), judicial councillor (1802). Also published several legal and religious works.

Son of Christian Sigismund Rühle of Heldburg, Thüringen. Educated at Herburg, Jena, and Marburg. Married; had issue.
