Daughter of Anne-Gabriel-Henri Bernard and Marie-Madeleine-Adrienne d’Hallencourt, marquis and marquise de Boulainvilliers; sister of the vicomtesse de Faudoas. Married the vicomte Gaspard-Paulin de Clermont- Tonnerre in 1779; two children.
