Editor of the Journal d’éducation (1768-76). Sent Franklin an “ecrit” containing his reflections on ameliorations to be made in the educational system.

Also wrote to Franklin to say that he hoped to read a rhymed epistle to the King and to eulogize Franklin at one of La Blancherie’s assemblies.
