Only surviving child of Daniel and Marguerite (Silvestre) Labhard; her father was Ferdinand Grand’s business partner and her mother was a sister of Marie (Silvestre) Grand. Resided with the Grand family after her father’s death in 1775.

Married her cousin Jean-François-Paul Grand in 1784.
