The above are all Interest Bills as you will observe by the Denominations. Congress are now drawing other Bills of Congress Denominations. The Board of Treasury directed me to send you, from Time to Time, Accounts, as above, of the Numbers the Interest Bills will bear: But I have received no such Orders—respecting the new Emissions of the larger Bills. As those Emissions are like to become very complex & each will begin with No. 1. I shall omit sending you their numbers, unless the Board should order it, or you should think the advantage of so doing will equal the Trouble. I request the honour of your Advice on this Point, which shall be strictly attended to by
