I beg Leave to recommend to your Notice the Bearer Dr. John Foulke Son of our late worthy Friend Judah Foulke. This young Gentleman goes to Europe entirely on a plan of Improvement in his Profession. He is a very worthy young Gentleman and I am informed of very promising medical Abilities. He will be much obliged by any Marks of your Friendship and I have the firmest Confidence in his conducting himself so that you will be convinced that no Instances of your favorable Notice of him will be unmerited.
