Sir,

Capt. James Nixon who arived here a few days since from Hamburgh, deliverd me two Packages which he brought with him and told me they were for you, Sent to you by a Swiss Nobleman, of one of the Swiss Cantons. I being Post Master here have taken the Liberty to send them to you Free, and wish them safe to your hands, my Father in Law Capt. Elnathan Hammond who is now 83 years old and in good health sends his Compliments to you, please to give my Complements to Capt. Isaac All. If I can be of any Service to your Excellency in any way here please to command me. I am your Excellencys Most Obedient humble Servant
