Mr Hooper, with respectfull Compliments, begs as a favor that Doctor Frankland will be kind enough to forward the inclosed as directed. Mr Hooper sets out early tomorrow morning for Orleans and should Mr Frankland meet with any other than the present opportunity for America if He will take the trouble to mention Mr H s being there it will give satisfaction to his Brother and be an additional favor to himself.
