William Temple Franklin to Joseph Fox (unpublished)
Passy. Sept 12. 1781
Sir,

I am honour’d with your Polite Letter of the 23d June, which was delive’d to me by Mr: G. Harrison. My very worthy Friend your Brother after being abandon’d by the Physicians, which perhaps was no unfavourable Circumstance, is perfectly recovered.

I inclose a Letter from him which I doubt not informs you particularly of his Ressurection. He is now in Paris but purposes soon setting off for Holland. In his Absence we shall Correspond, & I shall with Pleasure comply with your Request in letting you know from time to time of the State of his Health.

Accept my Thanks for the Information contain’d in your Postscript & permit me to assure you Sir that I am with great Regard &ca—
