If Govenor Franklin, has not Examin’d the Accompts, Concerning the Estate of Robert Smith, house Carpenter Deseas’d; The Subscriber begs leave to request him to Apoint a time two three four or five Weeks hence when he Shall Waite Uppon him.

As the Subscribers buiseness Calls him home he liveing at the Distance of 27 Miles from Philadelphia he therefore hop[e]s Govenor Franklin will Excuse his requesting him to appoint a time when he may wait uppon him. He is with the Greatest Respect his Excellencys Most Obedient Humble Servant
