Mr. Nevill and Mr. Moore, two gentlemen of Ireland, present their compliments to Doctor Franklin, and beg he will give them leave, if not an intrusion on his time, to pay him their respects before they leave Paris. Tho’ intire strangers to Doctor Franklin, they hope that, as this request flows from their high esteem to his character their motive may excuse any appearance of impropriety.
