Sir,

Before I left Passy Having[?] [sent] to you by Godefroy Riecher[?], the Remainder of our Baggage that could not be got ready in Time to go by Water; and it will probably arrive with you tomorrow Evening. It consists of 28 Trunks Cases, & Hampers Number’d from 129 to 150 inclusively and weighing in all 4695 lb. which we have agreed to pay for at the Rate of 3.10 the hundred weight, and which you will please to pay on the several Articles being deliver’d to you. We shall ourselves be at Havre on Tuesday Evg. at farthest—when we will reimburse your Advances with Thanks. In the meantime you will be so good as to have the Baggage put
