Mrs. Ridley and myself are desirous of your Grand Father’s Company at dinner with us on Monday; as we do not know whether the day may suit him We have not sent Cards but beg the faver of you to mention it to him & if it would prove Convenient that you will desire him to over look the Ceremony of a Card & that you will add to the pleasure by favoring us with your Company—That of Mr Williams will also be expected.—If Mrs. Williams should be or can come to Town we flatter ourselves with her Company.—
