May it please Your Excellency;

In hops will excuse my Freedom in troubling Your Honor with this my Lines a second Time. As it is sometime since, I have layd my Case before Your Honor, in a Letter to Your Honor. Therefore in taking this Oppertunity is this, that Your Honor, has perhaps, a little more Leisure at this present juncture of Time, because the Honorable House of Assembly is broke Up. I hope therefore, that Your Honor has or will take my poor Condition into Consideration; As I am old and allmost Maimed, and no Children that I can rely on because they are poor themselves so that some Assistance could perhaps, set me in a way, to make out a living. And where it always was, to put my Trust in God and good hearted and Generous Gentlemens, Whoes Heart the L rd may in Compassion turn towards me, which,     Candid and liberal Compassion, will be received with a Greatful Aknowledgment and Greatful Thanks by Your Honor Humble servant. Secret Closses my Lipps, because, the present Period, of this Instand World, is more given to, Wickedness, Mockery and other Idleness, as to an Earnest Solitude towards their kind Creator, and poor sufferer and Upholder of the World and his Creation. I have no more to add to Your Honor, as to recommend my selve to Your Execellencys Clemencys. And remain with due Respect Your Execcelencys Most Humble and obedient Servant
