I received by the November Pacquet the Letter you did me the Honour to write to me the 13th of that Month, enclosing one from Mr. Thomas. I had before received a Duplicate of the same Letter from that Gentleman, and having enquired minutely into the Affair, wrote him the Answer of which I enclose a Copy.
