Sir:

I have paid the money received on the last Warrant as there are many applications by people who have lately got their business settled by the Comissioners a farther sum is necessary, but as the time is nearly expired in which I can continue to pay the Interest under the act of Assembly it is probable that four or five Thousand pounds will be sufficient. I have the honor to be with the greatest respect Your Excellencys most obedient humble Servant
