The Convention having decided on the form of a Constitution, to be recommended to the consideration of the United States, we take the earliest moment to communicate this important intelligence to the Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and to request you would inform that Honorable House, that we shall be ready to report to them at such time and place as they may direct.
