Mary Stevenson Hewson to William Temple Franklin (unpublished)
Cheam Nov. 3. 1784
Dear Sir

You have staid so long that you have given me time to change my mind again, and, unless you tell me you have so ordered your affairs that you cannot now take us with you, I am resolved upon going. I wait only to hear from you when the day is fixed for your departure, then shall pack up my things, and be ready to attend your summons; if you can take a trip to Cheam first, I shall be happy to see you. Believe me Dear Sir Your sincere friend

Mary Hewson
