I received your Favour of the 18th of June inclosing the printed Papers for which I am much obliged to you. I am glad your Account is finally liquidated which indeed I wish had been done sooner. Your Sentiments respecting our Affairs appear to me very just, if you can send me Mr. Le Trône’s Book De l’Administration Provinciale et de la Reforme de l’Impôt I shall be thankful for your Care in doing it and Mr. Grand will pay the Expence.
