Sir,

I do myself the Honor to transmit to your Excellency certain Resolutions of the Legislature of this State, the third, fourth, fifth and sixth of which seem to point out the Objects to which they wish to call the Attention of the Legislature of your State, that Commissioners may be nominated for the purpose expressed in the sixth Resolution.
