Dear Billy,

I received your Favor of the 16 past inclosing Colo. Johonnot’s four Bills & also the receipts of Mr. Warren for 25 Louis which were delivered to him on his giving four Bills drawn on his Father. I perceive it will be necessary the Doctor indorses them to my Father, in order that he may get them paid, & for this Reason I send you all of them inclosed.

The Articles sent Mrs. Mecoms were as follows. Silk for Cloaks &c. Gauze, Lace Ribbon, Linnen, & Cambrick.

The Medeira has been sent this some time past I hope it may have reached you long before this.

If you are in Want of some Porter I can procure you two or three Casks.

I am not sick, but the Pain in my Breast is not yet dissipated, which prevents my writing myself so much as I otherways should. There is a Case of Porter among the Wine. One Hogshead of this Wine is for Doctor De Breuil at st Germain, pray on arrival do the needfull to have it delivered to him. My Compt to Mr Young. I wrote to Messrs. Le Couteulx as he desired but have not yet had an answer.
