Mr. Nepean is directed by the Earl of Shelburne to acquaint Mr. Hodgson, that the King is most graciously pleased to consent to an exchange of the American Prisoners, confined in Forton and Mill Prisons, and that Mr. Hodgson has Lord Shelburnes permission to inform Dr. Franklin thereof whenever he Pleases; Mr. Nepean wishes Mr. Hodgson to call at the Office to morrow to have some conversation on the Subject.
