From Francis Childs (unpublished)
New York, Feb 15. 1790.
Dear sir,

I have it in my power to furnish you with a fount of Pearl weight about 100 lb and of nonpareil weight about 150 lb. The letter is from the foundery of Caslon, is new and in good order; indeed it has never been used. The price will be what it cost in London at the foundery, by which commissions, p ? &c. &c. will be saved. I wish you to take it and give me credit for the amount. A line from you on the subject, will be a favor. With the greatest esteem I have the honor to be sir Your obliged Humble servant
