My Dear Brother

We have had a Long Cold winter Since I receved yr Last and I have heard nothing Emediatly from you Since, but I got So composd by yr chearfull maner of writing then, and the Information you gave me of your beter Health that I have Lived on it all winter; and have not Indulgd a Disponding thought, I Still hope it has been well with you, I wrot you wonce to Inform you I recved all you Sent me, and all I could about the Books which I Sopose Mr. Williams has also Informed you, all who see them Admire the Type, the Paper, and method of Printing, as well as the maner of Instruction; but whatever is the cause of the Book-binders not Incuridging them I know not but think they will take after a litle while.

I do not Pretend to writ a bout Politics tho I Love to hear them and you must have seen the Squabling we have had all winter about Election we have had Poor Laco chalkd on the fences as hang’d and Dam’d but his wisdom keeps Him Secreet.

My own Famely has been as Usal some times sick and some times well and I have keept my self all winter at Home and not Exposed my self to the cold. Love well Dear Brother my God Bless you and all yr children Prays your affectionat Sister

I have a Litle viseter hear from Rhoad Island Sally Greene my Daughter Flaggs Granddaughter. She begs me to Put her Name in the Leter for she says you dont know you have got a Grat Grand Nice. I had a Leter from our Friend Catey Greene by her. She all-ways Inquires after her Good Old Friend which is a Term you will like in some sense.
