Sir

I had the Honor to receive your Letter of the 11th. ulto with it’s enclosures, And it is truly pleasing to me that I have it my power to answer you in such a manner as I flatter myself will prove satisfactory.

The Assembly sir, in their last Session past an Act to restore Mr. Bridgen his property, a Copy of which I have enclosed Mr. Brigen, but have left the Letter open that your Excellency may, if you please, peruse the Act.
