I find the Money of yours in my Hands is £1.13—take that from £26.5.—, & there remains £24.12.—the Bearer will bring it safe to me, I most sincerely wish Spot will turn out to your Approbation & my Expectation I know him to be a good & Sound Horse, quiet & free from Vice.

I heartily wish You a safe Journey to & Arrival at Passy. do not forget to remember Mrs. Caslon & myself, in the most respectfull manner to the good Dr. with every true wish for your future Health & Happiness believe me to be, my Dear Friend Yours most sincerely
