There being by accident an omission of the word “Hospital” in the Act of Congress which I had the honor to transmit to Your Excellency on the 25th I take the earliest opportunity of rectifying the error by transmitting herewith another authentic copy of the Act, And have the honor to be Your Excellency’s Most Obedient and Most Humble servant
