Mr. Adams presents his Compliments to Dr. Franklin and is much obliged to him for the Information that the Packet is arrived, which he had not heard of before. Mr. A. has as yet received no Letters public or private. Perhaps Mr. Barclay, who is daily expected may bring our Dispatches, or they may be coming by the Post.
