Mr. Williams not being likely to come to Paris, I beg the favour of you to remit me by a Bill on some House here, the Amount of my advances for you, & which you informed me that Gentleman would reimburse me on his Arrival.

I lately saw an Acquaintance of yours who told me Montaigne was in Paris, but I know not with whom. Can I be again of any service to you in forcing this Dog to return to his Duty; if so you will please to command, Your affece. & very Humble. Servt:
