Dear Sir

on recg. the Papers inclosed with your favor of the 11 ult. I requested Mr Munro, who having lately come into Practice has much Leisure, to take them, and prepare the Drafts you request. I have now the Pleasure of transmitting them I think they will answer your Purpose, especially if so printed as to admit of the Variations Which Circumstances may render necessary. I assure you it will always give me pleasure to be useful to You.
