I take the liberty of Informing your Excellency that I am at Lenth under the Nenessity of Letting my present Case known to you which as a further Certainty will appear by the Enclos’d hearing many of my Contry Say as well as others that your Excellency is possessd. of a most Tender good heart Especially towards the distressd, it has emboldned me to make so free hoping Your Excellency may assist me a little, as also to make my Case known to a few of your Excellencys Friends, who might among them make up a little Mony for me, your taking me into Consideration shall be always most Greatfully Acknowledgd. by Your Most Obedient humble Servant
