Rullecourt, Phillipe-Charles-Félix Macquart, baron de (d. 1781)

Soldier of fortune from the Austrian Netherlands.

Entered in the Spanish services in the compagnie flamande des gardes du corps (1761). Captain of the regiment of Nassau- Luxembourg (1767). Entered the French services with the rank of captain (1769). Became a major of cavalry (1774). Entered the Polish services and was made colonel of the regiment of Massalski.

Introduced to Franklin by Le Ray de Chaumont (1777). Rejoined the French Army as lieutenant-colonel des volontaires de Luxembourg au service de France (1780) and was killed in an attack on Jersey.
